Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CrewCommand, a service operated by J&R Technologies LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a company based in Maryland. By accessing or using CrewCommand, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

CrewCommand is a job management and SMS communication platform designed for residential contractors. The service helps contractors manage customer inquiries, track active jobs, and send SMS follow-up messages to their customers — including appointment confirmations, project updates, and other business communications.

2. User Responsibilities

By using CrewCommand, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account and using the service
• Use the platform only for lawful business purposes related to your contracting business
• Not misuse the SMS features to send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages unrelated to your business operations
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

3. SMS Messaging Terms

CrewCommand uses SMS messaging to facilitate communication between contractors and their customers. By using our service:

• You consent to receive SMS messages from CrewCommand related to your account, service updates, and platform notifications
• Your customers will receive SMS messages on your behalf, including appointment confirmations, project updates, and follow-up communications
• Message frequency varies based on your business activity and customer interactions
• Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan
• You or your customers can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message
• Reply HELP to any message for assistance

4. Intellectual Property

The CrewCommand platform, including its design, features, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of J&R Technologies LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

You retain full ownership of your business data, customer information, and content you provide through the platform. We do not claim any ownership over your data.

5. Limitation of Liability

CrewCommand is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, J&R Technologies LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

J&R Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of CrewCommand shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account by contacting us at the email address below. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a manner that could harm other users or our platform.

Upon termination, your right to use CrewCommand ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of CrewCommand shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Maryland.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the platform. Your continued use of CrewCommand after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
